Recipes for you to try with your Yak Meat
 Yak Stir Fry
Serves 4
  
Ingredients
4 servings of cooked whole grain rice                     
1 Pound of cubed or stripped Yak Meat 
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Yellow pepper
1/2 Green pepper
1/2 Red Onion
1/2 cup of fresh baby carrots
3 celery stalks
1/2 cup of fresh mushrooms 
    - 
    Season the meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder and for some extra zing try a sprinkle of Montreal Steak Spice. Let the meat rest for about 1 hour 
- 
    Cut the veggies into strips  
- 
    Prepare the rice according to package directions, then fry the rice on high heat for about 5 minutes while stirring 
- 
    Sautee the veggies in 3 tablespoons of olive oil until they begin to soften 
- 
    Brown the meat until medium rare in 3 tablespoons of olive oil 
- 
    Put the rice on the serving platter add the veggies on top and the top off with the Yak Meat
